In-depth personal interview. We meet our candidates face-to-face so we can find out the full details of their work experience and preferences. This helps us to find people that have the training, technical knowledge, and professional demeanor to meet your criteria.

Thorough reference checks. We contact each candidate's previous employers to determine not only the positions held and length of employment, but to obtain detailed feedback on past work performance.

Certification and immunization verification. We verify professional certification or licensure, so our staff is ready to work when you need them.  We also maintain complete staff records in our office.

We also offer additional screening at your request:

  • Criminal background check (included for all direct-hire placements)
  • Drug screen
